A: Yes, they are chopped very fine.  I buy these herbs because I love cooking and this is a more affordable way of buying mixed herbs and they are no different to the mixed herbs found in little jars at supermarkets.

**Q: Has anybody used this to make italian bread**
A: I use ‘‘tis all the time but sorry never made Italian bread, I would if I ever make it.
