This gel really works. I had this in the first aid kit I bought from the St Johns ambulance and when it ran out out I just had to get more as it works so well at reducing heat and therefore skin damage on burnt skin.

Added these to our caravan first aid kit. Not had to use them yet, but a friend who has them says they work very well.
