Some products leave my scalp and skin really itchy so I have to be careful what I use. It is some relief to find a convenient single product that I can use in the shower that actually works for me. I wash my hair and body with this in the shower daily although I find that I use about one of these 250ml shower gels a week. I find that you do need to rinse the product off thoroughly as the mint can have a minty bite if left on but the product seems to rinse off well without any residue. Using this, I have no dandruff on my scalp and I do not use a conditioner. I wonder if the small amount of tea-tree that is in the product is helping with this. Also my body feels clean and with a daily shower I do not need to bother with an anti-perspirant(most anti-perspirants also irritate me) as this product is helpful for removing most of the bacteria that cause unwanted body odours. I also like the minty smell. I have tried the other varieties(eg lemon) and do not like them as much as the mint.
