Great product! I have taken it for about 10 years. Tried other products and always come back to this. Dosage recommendations 3 to 6 a day. I take 1 capsule a day with a healthy diet of fruits and vegetables. They are Gluten free so that works for my food plan.

I’ve been using this for about a month now to detox from mold-toxicity naturally in place of cholestyramine. It seems to be working well besides giving some STRONG smelling gas. Otherwise, I’d recommend!

I started with only 1 capsule per day & got constipated. On & off retried until I could take it without issue. I'm never constipated & in-fact quite regular. Once I got to 3 per day I would just get horrible headaches, but not migraine specific. I do get headaches if my large intestine is irritated or blocked, so I think this fiber is maybe too aggressive for me. I've been doing this for 6 weeks on & off & just can't get past the headaches.

Recommended by a heart doctor. It is great fiber and and when taken before a meal will curb your appetite.

I notice nothing different at all when I take it. Not as advertised. Wish I had returned.
