Good for stomach cramps
These work well if you suffer uncomfortable issues with stomach cramps etc. I used them after my gall bladder was removed and I had a lot of discomfort. Things seem a lot better now

Have IBS and take prescription meds for this.Every now and again I need more help and these really work and take away the pain Have recommended to my nephew,who also finds them good for him Better than just pure peppermint oil

Adults and children over 12 years of age, one capsule daily with food. Can be increased up to two capsules daily if required. Do not exceed recommended daily allowance unless advised by a suitably qualified person
