Sea Creatures Torch and Projector,Multicolor,11.5 x 3 x 3 centimeters

I bought this for my daughter’s 3rd birthday and it was easily the highlight of all her presents. She absolutely loves it! The picture quality of the sea creatures is surprisingly clear and crisp for such a compact toy. It's very easy for her to handle and provides endless entertainment. Highly recommend for any little ocean lovers! It also comes with batteries, so no faffing about!

Firstly, let’s get the blurry images out the way, if you read instructions or understand manual lenses then you will know that any difference in focal distance between the torch and the surface need an adjustment to make it clear, the white top on this turns to facilitate this up to about 2 meters from the surface. That out of the way, this torch is great, my two year old really likes the pictures I put on the wall and exploring with the torch, it is small and lightweight and just right for his hands. I have the sea creatures and as a scuba diver I can appreciate these are the images we like to see and are the classic tick offs. Would I buy the others and also recommend…absolutely on both counts

My son loves this toy. It’s smaller than expected but still a nice toy. The picture could be clearer but for the money it’s still quite decent.

Bought this a one of little presents for kids in the run up to Christmas and it could have easily been a Christmas present by itself! it impressed us with the quality of pictures, and surprised how much fun it brought for 6 and 9 year olds! Closed themselves in the dark room and made 'cinema' on a wall :). It is important to adjust brightness, but once done you can easily project from 2-3 meters and make large pictures on the wall.

I bought this as the main gift for a child's birthday party. When it arrived however I decided not to give it as it was so small it looked way cheaper than I'd paid for it and to be honest just looked a bit naff. Instead I gave it to my 3 year old to play with (the product recommendation is from 36 months). Whilst he loves it as bedtime when it's dark enough to see the images properly, it's not safe for him to hold himself as he tries to look into the torch to see where the images are coming from... and the light is *so* bright, it's blinding. Which I guess it needs to be to make it work well as a projector, but just worth considering if giving it to children on the younger side. Also the slide disks are very small too, and I wouldn't be comfortable giving this to a child under 5 or so incase they are swallowed (I'd also expect them to very quickly be lost). One more big negative is that the battery life doesn't last long at all if you want the torch to be bright enough to actually see what the images are. We used ours for about 2 minutes at a time, once a day and the batteries needed to be changed after 2 weeks. When I came to change the batteries I realised it takes 3x button batteries, which again are horribly dangerous for small children. But, my son does love this toy- I hold it myself and flick through the images onto his ceiling as he's laid down for bed and he loves identifying all the different sea creatures. So for that, it is a fun toy that he enjoys. However I would never let him play with it himself now I know it contains button batteries, is blindingly bright and has such tiny parts.

Torch itself feels a bit flimsy and cheap but the images produced when using the little wheels were clear and great quality. My 4 yo found focusing the images a bit tricky by herself, but the projected is definitely one of her favourite stocking filler gifts.

A great little toy, especially for bedtime. My 6 year old loves it! Great to learn loads of animals and for the price I would say it’s very worth it!

My sons friend turned 4 in November and he loves anything about the sea so thought this was a great idea. My son has the space one so I know how good they are and educational it is.

Haben mittlerweile 3 solcher Taschenlampe in verschiedenen Ausführungen. Diese ist jetzt nicht der Hit aber trotzdem intressant. Die Auswahl der Dinos hätte besser sein können. Kann die anderen Motive Tiere und Unterwasser sehr empfehlen.

Nice picture of animal but cheap frame

My 3 yr old loves this, both with the pics and just the flashlight. It makes for an easy activity to just lay down and look through the pictures with her. We got it to focus just fine by turning the top white part. Only annoying things are that the reel pops out too easily and there's no storage included for the reels. I also wish the company provided a way to buy more reels instead of having to buy another flashlight. Would definitely recommend and will be buying another one with diff pics
