Worst mobile do not buy any Vox mobile
This Vox mobile is not reliable after few months used this phone created problem. There is no service centre in Kolkata. Amazon did not solved my issue regarding this am going to consumer forum

नमस्कार मान्यवर मेरा नाम संजू सिंह है मैने अभी इसी महीने vox १४ खरीदा था जिसको की अभी २० दिन भी नही हुए है जिसमे अभी से इनकमिंग की परेशानी आरही है और इस vox कम्पनी से कोई संपर्क नहीं हो पा रहा है किरपा आप से निवेदन यह है की आप मेरी इस समस्या का समाधान कीजिए धन्यवाद

नेटवर्किंग प्रॉब्लम
आवाज की क्वालिटी सही नहीं है। स्विच ऑफ करने के बाद मोबाइल ऑन के बाद ऑटोमेटिक नेटवर्क नहीं आ पाती है,मैनुअल सर्च करने के बाद भी बहुत ही दिक्कत होती है नेटवर्क आने में । नेटवर्क कैपचरिंग की बहुत समस्या है इस डिवाइस में,नेट भी नहीं चलती है। 3 दिन के बाद ही नेटवर्क नहीं आ रहा है और यह मोबाइल बेकार साबित हुआ। अतः ग्राहकों को मैं सुझाव देना चाहूंगा यह मोबाइल में पैसा लगाने से पैसा बर्बाद करने के बराबर है।
