Hi Ramya. Have finished reading the book and I must tell you it is just amazing.The chapters that covered your journey as teenager was totally relatable, for we have the same society which is always judgemental and make unnecessary comments for the sake of talking something . While I was in an assumption that it just happened to me , it was so touching to read those pages where I could totally relate.Next comes the fitness journey. As a person who has seen each and every video of yours I thought this book is going to be a complilation of them, but oh god they are overloaded with so much information and the point is that it was taken so gradually. For eg. I have followed macro diets with calorie deficit and it had worked and after some point of time I really didn’t know what to do next. Should I keep decreasing the calories and what is the end to this. There came your information about maintenance phase. The links you have given to calculate the BMI etc are very useful.Each time I read two or three chapters I would think now I’m loaded with information and need a break. But then again I would start reading after fifteen minutes and that is how I completed reading it in two days. I must also say that there are many one liners in the book that are factual and from now on we can use it as a slogan and mention that it is written by Ramya😊How you talk about all the combinations that our mind would think when we want to loose weight is mind blowing. For eg. We eat fried foods but still meet the calorie count of the day and how the calories spent to burnt them is very low and how it makes us to indulge in further binge eating.Finally my key takeaway from the book is “ self acceptance” and “ consistency” . How we have learnt this in a harder way. Had someone told us when we were in our teenage how much difference it would have made.Nutrition and fitness must be part of the younger generation’s curriculum and hope they don’t do the same mistakes and correct it later like us.

How relatable! Loving every page so far ❤️
I was diagnosed with PCOD 10 yrs back and gyno straight away put me on birth control pills I've tried almost all the diets available in YouTube I've been in keto for more than a year, worked out vigorously and dropped 10 kgs and had a regular cycle But when I started having carbs I've regained all the weight I've lost... I've lost all my hope and fed up with all the restrictive and low carb diets.. When i was worrying that I'm never gonna be in my ideal weight, had severe body dysmorphia, depressed with people commenting on my weight and how they kept on putting me down by always mentioning how Lean I used to be.. This book got published and with no second thought I've ordered for my copy And I could seriously relate it to my journey and mistakes I've done😭❤️❤️❤️ I'm loving every page I read so far... I couldn't thank you more Ramya, pls keep inspiring women like us ❤️❤️❤️ We love you 💓

Rediscovering you
This book is jut amazing .. I have never completed a book so quick, in 3 days I completed the whole book and that’s because i felt like to know more of Ramya’s struggles and how she won it and she has written them in an interesting way..Also, since I am following her YouTube channel, I felt like listening her voice inside me with every line I read, as if she was reading the book for me within ..About the contents, it’s all about Ramya’s fitness journey from her school days till today .. how to eat, how not to eat, hot to workout, how not to workout and many more !! Travel tips were really great as I am a person who travels more ..Finally loved the macro eating and 80/20 principle which I started following immediately and I feel I am loving myself more with my whole heart than loving myself for others opinions🤩

Must read book for all those who aspire to stay fit
A book which with very simple to read , understand and relate to. Thanks to Ramya for sharing her life experiences and making it easier for the reader to relate to the content. A must buy book for anyone who intends to stay fit and healthy. This book breaks the myth that staying fit is complicated and expensive. You will start loving your body and feel more confident to start a healthy routine with a positive mindset after reading this book

I have always seen you as an anchor.. And drawn to you immensely when you started your stay with Ramya videos on YouTube. I totally loved your workout and info on eating right.. And thoroughly enjoyed your videos on your pet too.. So you had already made a mark as inspiration in my life. Sustainable lifestyle plan for Women
In the life of uncertainty times , what can be a greatest wealth /gift we can give to ourselves if one person can be strong physically mentally emotionally and spiritually and this book does that as a complete package .Yes there are plenty of food diets in the market but I felt Ramya approach is more sustainable and can be a lifestyle choice instead of meeting a short term interim weight loss goal .Balancing celebrity fame lifestyle and doing something for the community is not an easy task but I am so happy and proud of Ramya she does so gracefully ,elegantly daringly without any complaintsWishing her lots of success ,happiness and good health.Looking for more fitness products from Ramya so everyone can stay fit in this world!!
