Like - Item arrived in good condition. The colour is more on the silver grey side.Suggestion - A little more cushioning on the seat area would have made it more comfortable.Dislike - It was packed in humongous amounts of dry straw. Extremely inconvenient if one opens it indoors. The straw stuck to other furniture and carpet. Remember to open it outdoors.
