A good product
This is a good quality product, but I found it. Quite aggressive on some areas of my face. Maybe I was pressing too hard? I’ve also use this on my legs and it’s really good for that.

Fantastic device
I have never used an epilator before, having always used tweezers or hair-removing cream, so I was worried about the pain. However, it really wasn't painful at all. It has left my face smooth and hair free, and I wish I had got one earlier. It also came with razors for your eyebrows which, once again, I had never used but, after some trial and error, worked beautifully. I have had no redness or rash, and I thoroughly recommend this to anyone with as much facial hair as I had!!

Epilator
Returned for a refund. Tried it once ripped my face skin and bled, I was expecting abit of discomfort but not feel mutilated by a product, took a few weeks and having to buy extra products like moisturiser to help soothe/heal skin.

Not for me
I’ve used epilators for years and my old one is getting a little worn but it’s still good. So I bought this one but it doesn’t compare with my old one. I can’t feel the pain as I use it. Which is a good thing don’t get me wrong but it’s just not grabbing the hairs, I went over and over the same area but no joy. So sadly I’m returning it and going back to my old faithful one. They can be expensive but cheaper ones don’t seem to cut the mustard ( or hair in this instance). A great product for a beginner of epilating.

I use this face epilator on my chin and neck where I grow hairs. When I shave I can feel the hair coming back the next day.With this epilator I am on day 3 and my skin is so smooth, no hair! I also got no rash, no redness! Highly recommended!

Not dual speed
Advertised as dual speed but mine only has 1 speed.Would have been better to have a protective cap to cover the blades when travelling.
