Used it once, reversed and it jammed. Just stop working completely. Couldn't even get the paper out.

As stated, the shredder needs one improvement/change to make it user friendly sitting on a metal or plastic trash container. The pullout handle needs a longer down lip like the permanent side to stop the shredder from falling into the trash container. I will glue, or screw on a piece of plastic to make the required lip, but the customer should not have to modify a product to make it work as designed.

This paper shereded is good and does the job

I purchased this shredder. It arrived two days ago. I was shredding only 2-3 papers at a timeand dumping it often to avoid it from getting stuck. Regardless, shredder stopped working out of nowhere, and it will reverse, but will not shred. E-mailed the seller, but haven’t gotten a response. Very unhappy customer.

Shredder works fine; fairy quiet; strip shred. Issue is with ability to have a stable shredder on the trash can. The extendable arms do no have any way to "hook" onto the sides of the trash can therefore it just sits on top. With trash cans that have very skinny sides, it's not stable. The shredder constantly fell into the trash can during use. Poor design. With minimal changes (open each end of the extension so it hooked over the edges) it would have been a great shredder. Returned.

I keep my heavy duty monster shredded caged up in a closet and let it out when needed. Otherwise it's too big and noisy to have around full time. Still, I needed something simple to shred a few things that come in the mail or whatever. This item fit the bill. I keep it hanging on the wall next to my litter can in my home office. When needed, I just lay it on the top of the can and shred away then hang it back up. Sometimes I leave it on the can because there's still enough opening to toss stuff away. That's thanks to the small size of this device. I'm lovin' it!

Great for my home office. Does seem to struggle with the allowance of 7 pages at a time. Not a big deal to do smaller batches. Would recommend

I got mine from Amazon Deals dept. During first use it stopped working after about 5-7 minutes of shredding single sheets only. When turned on the machine starts running even thou the switch says it is in AUTO mode, which I understand should only start when paper is inserted. I believe the unit is overheating significantly (hot to touch underneath) and that's why it works only for a short time... It will start again after cooling off. The paper grab is less than perfect too (needs a little push, so to all you ladies with longer nails - don't try it...) Perhaps Amazon just sent me a refurbished "lemon", so thank you for this... And since I have not used it right after the purchase, now the return window has closed...
