I bought these to make getting thicker crust pizzas in and out of my pellet pizza oven, which was an awesome family fun purchase that I found on sale in the fall. Well, haven't used then for that yet, because I guess I truly hate being outside in the winter to babysit my grill or pizza oven. I will try to update later if these work we'll for that use. What I realized is that the pizza oven gets to about 700-750 degrees and I believe the pans aren't rated over 450 ish.These pans are the best for oven use when making literally anything. They clean up in a flash. They are so easy to wash that they look brand new still and make a nice serving dish for various foods. I've put out fruit spreads that look great in them for family use. They seem to be the perfect size for so many uses.

I absolutely love these pans! I had spent years (no kidding) trying to find that perfect dish to use to feed my senior pot belly boy with! Stay with me here!! He's a short and stout fella, with very short legs, so he cannot easily eat out of most pans, so. . . . I began my hunt for a strong (he's a power eater!), but yet a lower height pan for him. There have been many that have come close, but, to no avail. Then I found these beauties. I immediately assigned one to him, and it works perfectly!! Happy boy, happy pig mama! The other three? Well, they have become permanent residents of my kitchen. I have made a deep dish pizza with one, and it was a beautiful experience! I HIGHLY recommend these beauties. They are strong enough to withstand an aggressive eater pot belly, with destructive tusks, but yet do a great job of successful dishes! They clean up beautifully. I've hand washed his dish, as well as put our now assigned pizza dish in the dishwasher, and no issues whatsoever.

I bought these because I let cleaning my 12 in pan get away from me Then I used steel wool to try to clean it and the mirror shine was gone. I have used one of these pans three times and have had great result with deep dish pizza. I am using an electric oven and a 14" pizza stone. I pre-heat. At 450 degrees F it takes about two times longer to cook a 12 inch pizza, Deep dish takes double plus 5 to 8 min longer. I have not had positive result baking store bought deep dish till now. I use Copper scrubbers to clean my stainless steel now. I may take longer, but the shine remains. So, I give a 5 star rating to these pans.

Love the size and prize. Holds my bigger cheesecake pans I put in silicone instead of sealing with foil. Then I set in this pan with water for baking. Would make a huge cobbler for family gatherings.

Size of the pan is good. Pizza was not crispy on the bottom at all.

I have these pans a 3 star for the fact that they are not non stick. I wish the description never said they were and I would have used parchment paper from the beginning
