I love this chair The massages feel really good. The only thing I don’t care for is the back of it. It’s really thin and you can feel everything when you first sit down little uncomfortable.

I bought this for my son who has high sensory needs and could use both sensory input and massage for pain. He loves this chair, although sometimes it feels too hard for him. (He’s 10 but very big for his age). The rest of the family loves to use it as well! I find myself really enjoying sitting in it after a long day or work week. So worth it for our family and very happy with this purchase!

Received the chair when promised and unpacked without any problems. It performs as advertised and I would have given it 5 star rating but for the lack of enough info in the manual on overall operation. I had to add more cushioning to the back rollers as it was a bit too rough for me but overall it is working out great. Waiting now for the promised belt delivery . I would differently recommend it to a average sized individual.Two months later and still have not received the promised slimming belt or response to my inquiry concerning the belts delivery but other wise very pleased with the chair.

The Rilassa massage chair sold by Fukila is well-built and solid with a metal frame. Once situated in the chair, you can select from four optional messages that somewhat vary in intensity of the message. However, the differences seem minor. You also can vary massage strength for the feet, and the back, and the inflation pressure for the calves and arms. The various standard massages are preprogrammed at 20 minutes, but, at any time, the massage can be terminated or changed. So far, so good. The major shortcoming of the chair is that the areas of stimulation are standardized for a single body type --except for limbs and feet since limbs are subject to inflation pressure and the foot pads can be extended. The "optimal" body type for this chair appears to be roughly 6 feet tall with broad shoulders and a muscular build. I suggest a muscular build because the massage "kneading" action is intense and the poking action is rigid. These are not the simulated fingers of a skilled masseuse. Due to the nature of the massage, a short or very tall person would likely find little correspondence between the illustrated areas of stimulation and the actual areas. My 5' 2'' wife finds the chair very uncomfortable. With this said, I found left inflation pressure weaker for the arm and to lag right inflation. Despite the chair's limitations, I decided to keep the chair since repacking and sending it back would likely equal half the original cost. Since the chair is well-made and appears durable, the chair may work well for six-foot persons who practice resistance training and like their massage rough. With more visits to the gym, I can tough it out.

The media could not be loaded.  First thing first it was 6 days late shipment and I can’t cancel it. Once it arrive the chair is big from the inside. It meant for big people. It not massage where is it, and it not comfortable

The chair could use two things for better experience. Motor driven leg extensions instead of spring loaded. it's a bit uncomfortable to have to hold pressure for leg extension, the other thing is a fully lighted control display, when getting massage i have lights dimmed and display is hard to read. on the positive side the size of the chair and having wheels i can move the chair thru standard doorways to different rooms of the house without dismantling.
