Works well, if used wisely
This stuff is great! I use it in concrete art, mostly stepping stones and bricks. It works well and doesn't clump up. I've seen reviews of others saying it does clump up, but I use a fairly watery concrete mix. In this situation, and using a paddle mixer, I have no problems. A mini mixer will clump it up though, because it only stirs things that are inside its mixing ring, while the paddle continually pushes the entire mass around. I make concrete items that have recycled glass in the surface. Bricks with shiny glass tops, etc. Now, these items already need to be made in 2 layers. The layer with the glass in it has to be a watery concrete mix. This layer gets sanded later, so if I put fiberglass in it, the fibers would show after sanding. To prevent this, I only put fiberglass in the 2nd, thick layer. This layer is under the first surface layer. So, I get to make a brick that looks great and also has fiberglass hidden in it. So it's strong and attractive at the same time. I think the value is average. The price is a bit steep, but if you want to make concrete items that can last for decades, or if you want to make stepping stones that don't break, this stuff is well worth trying. You don't even have to stir it into the concrete really. You can just pour a thin layer, spread the fibers out on it, pour some more, do more fibers, etc. until your mold is full. In this way you can also completely encase the fibers so they're invisible in the object. Overall, I'm glad to have and use this material.

So awesome and easy to use!!
I bought this for backyard slope maintenance, turning some areas of steep garden slopes near the lawn into “rock edges”. They’re so cool. Knowing I wanted a really strong layer of cement to put on the ground, I mixed this in with my mortar and cement base. These fibers almost fluff up in the mix, and make the whole application easy too. The mix stayed right in place and troweled or brushed really well so that it was easy to create convincing rock textures. So far I’ve had a few heavy rains and everything is performing really well. It looks and feels super solid, and I’m happy knowing these fibers are a key part of my beautiful garden’s success. Thank you for having them available here!!

Works As It Should
This arrived well packaged, and so far it has performed as expected. It feels heavier than the amount I ordered, which is a bonus.
