It is soooooo soft and it has eyes that are sewn on. So there is no loose parts for the child to swallow. He just loved it and so did I.

The cat was soft but felt very under stuffed. I thought it looked cute from the picture but it actually looks pretty creepy. when it got here it came in a vacuum sealed bag which I thought was kinda weird. I took it out and immediately underwhelmed…I bought for my soon to be one year old cuz there wasn’t any hard pieces that could fall off but it’s just too creepy to have.

This is a nice sized stuffed animal for toddlers and they seem drawn to kitty's big eyes. It's a nice degree of softness--the fur is soft and it's stuffed just the right amount to make it snuggly but not so much that it's hard or so little that it gets floppy. The kids that visit the classroom often grab this little guy and carry him around. Like many things, it seemed a little expensive for a stuffed animal of this size, but it's in line with overall prices these days. A nice choice for someone looking for a cute stuffed black kitty.

A word of caution: This came packaged in a vacuum-sealed bag. Although it fluffed right up (no need to wait days or hours like with pillows and mattresses), make sure you're the one to open the package, not your kids. No need to traumatize them! O.OAnyway, the fabric is soft and almost velvety. It's a reasonable size - just a bit bigger than an adult hand - and very squishable. Perfect for Valentine's Day or "just because!" This would be a great gift for cat-loving kids or a significant other.

the kity is very soft and quishy. the large head and eyes are adorable and it it well constructed.
