It works, once you learn the knack. While you're learning it's still great fun to practise
This boomerang will come back to you if you follow the instructions and practice. Practising is great fun and also good exercise initially when you are working out how it works and you have to go and fetch it after every throw. If you become a boomerang-master you will be able to stand in one spot and throw and catch it without moving. The boomerang will fly long and high, performing amazing manoeuvres in the air depending on the angle, spin and strength of your throw and also the prevailing wind.

Great fun but seems impossible to master.
This boomerang was smaller than I expected when it arrived but I had high hopes due to its popularity and write up, although when I used it several times for about an hour I only managed to get it to return to myself within 10-15ft on average so it seems like an extremely difficult one to master. Even when thrown with maximum or very little power it seems to act wildly. The take-off is amazing when thrown with maximum power but never seemed to return on the same path, as it will either go straight up and dive vertically into the ground (depending on where it’s held and the angle its thrown at), or create a huge arc and therefore end up in line with yourself but 30 feet away. I only ever managed to catch it once when I had to run to a spot it always seemed to end up in. So be aware of its size and how wild it can be.

Awesome but lethal
Fantastic flyer. Streaks through the sky at a rate of knots but beware it returns to you so fast that it can be difficult to follow it’s flight and therefore avoid it hitting you quite hard. A child definitely needs to be supervised when playing with this.

Not bad
Overall not bad. Got mine stuck in a tree and I think a squirrel stole it. Hope he chokes on it the thieving little urchin.

It comes back!
It actually works. Sort of. Need practice and need to realise it doesn’t come right back to you unless the wind is exactly right, it kind of weaves back in a giant S. but kid delighted!!

Don't waste your money
This boomerang is far too complicated to get it to return to you. You would have to give it some serious welly however in doing so it is inevitable that the boomerang ends up in a ditch or a fence. I'm not sure how much space you would need to actually make a return successful but I imagine it would be much more than anybody in any kind of urban area could find. We've had five throws have lost it four times and that is in a really spacious seaside area with not much wind.

Needs clearer instructions.
I've tried getting this to return to me time and time again, watched various vids on YouTube to show me the right way to throw it and still cant get it to return. I'm going to assume its just me as opposed to a fault with the design but still the instructions could be significantly clearer on the right way to throw this.
