Review: Great taste, lower fat.. Just don't leave upside down! - I use this Ghiradelli Caramel Sauce almost daily in my lattes! I think this better than the torani one because this is lower in fat and I'm not trying to make my daily latte a whole dessert.😅 it's mixes with my espresso well, has great flavor and great consistency for drizzling the sides or on top of some whip! The one flaw is with the packaging.. do NOT turn upside down and leave it that way when getting to the bottom. It will slowly keep out and get all over your counter or nice coffee organizer 🙃 The price is decent as well and I will continue to keep it as staple in my coffee corner! Review: Ghirardelli Caramel Sauce Squeeze Bottle - This caramel sauce is seriously good. It’s rich, buttery, and has that classic Ghirardelli flavor that makes everything taste better. The squeeze bottle makes it super easy to drizzle over ice cream, coffee, brownies, or anything that needs a little sweet upgrade. The texture is thick and smooth, not runny or watery, and the flavor is spot‑on every time. If you love caramel, this is one of those products you buy again because it works and tastes amazing. ## Features - Ghirardelli Caramel Flavored Sauce - Premium Ghirardelli Caramel flavored sauce in a convenient squeeze bottle format. - Enjoy the unsurpassed quality and taste of Ghirardelli. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0054QKCXA | | Best Sellers Rank | #442 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ( See Top 100 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ) #1 in Caramel Dessert Sauces | | Brand | Ghirardelli | | Brand Name | Ghirardelli | | Container Type | Bottle | | Customer Reviews | 4.8 out of 5 stars 17,690 Reviews | | Flavor | Caramel | | Item Form | Cream | | Item Package Weight | 0.48 kg | | Item Weight | 1.1 pounds | | Manufacturer | Ghirardelli | | Model Number | 612831 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | Package Information | Bottle | | Package Weight | 0.48 kg | | Part Number | 612831 | | Size | 1.06 Pound (Pack of 1) | | Specialty | Flavored | | UPC | 747599612831 | | Unit Count | 17 Ounce | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Ghirardelli - **Flavor:** Caramel - **Item Weight:** 1.1 pounds - **Package Information:** Bottle - **Specialty:** Flavored ## Images ![Ghirardelli Caramel Flavored Sauce 17 oz. bottle - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71bEtGfHOBL.jpg) ![Ghirardelli Caramel Flavored Sauce 17 oz. bottle - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81T1akJlfXL.jpg) ![Ghirardelli Caramel Flavored Sauce 17 oz. bottle - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81fNHy6LHsL.jpg) ![Ghirardelli Caramel Flavored Sauce 17 oz. bottle - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71AU94LtqCL.jpg) ![Ghirardelli Caramel Flavored Sauce 17 oz. bottle - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71af+XB3fEL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size, Flavor** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: What is the ingredients list?** A: Hi: Corn syrup, water, high fructose corn syrup, sugar, nonfat milk, heavy cream, salt, pectin, natural flavor, disodium phosphate. I like La Lechera Dulce de Leche better and the ingredients are more wholesome - milk, sugar, and less than 0.5% of sodium phosphate, salt, potassium sorbate (preservative), disodium phosphate. I use this in lattes and I did not like the Ghirardelli for my lattes at all. Kathleen **Q: who makes real syrup w/o high fructose ,etc ??** A: It lists high fructose corn syrup on the bottle. **Q: Is this gluten-free?** A: INGREDIENTS: corn syrup, water, high fructose corn syrup, sugar, nonfat milk, heavy cream, salt, pectin, natural flavor, disodium phosphate **Q: is this refrigerate after opening, or open shelf store?** A: Labels on Chocolate and caramel Both state “Refrigerate after opening”! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great taste, lower fat..
