Great product but company installation costly

Deducting one star for exorbitant installation and pipe charges. Please get it installed through your gas agency or third party installer. We were being asked Rs. 450 for 1.25 m pipe that I got for Rs. 100 from a reputed shop in market. Even if theirs might have slightly better quality, 4.5x multiple is not justifiedComing to product, it is what you would expect- functional as well as good looking. Auto ignition feature is very useful. Will have to wait and see its longevity.

Item is ok but return is horrible

The product is good but one lacuna is that it doesn't have detachable drip tray. The horrible part is return procedure. Every day the return will be scheduled but the pickup person won't come and the irritating aspect is that the Amazon conveniently put blame on customer. The App says the delay is due to customer! Even after several days of waiting and several calls to customer service centre did not solve the problem. I didn't expect such an irresponsible service from Amazon.
