Kikkoman Usukuchi Shoyu - Light Soy Sauce 500ml

Great volume, and nice sturdy bottle. I use it to cook with so the flavour is less important for me but I do think it tastes as a light soy sauce should.

I cannot do without this soy sauce. It's an essential part of cooking Japanese food as it often requires this light coloured soy sauce. A little dash goes a long way. Note; It's not to be used to dip sashimi or sushi as it isn't meant for that.

Yup like Kikkoman products have not found one I didn't like
