White Ointment (19g), Effective Herbal Pain Relief, for Muscle Pain, Aches & Tension Headaches in Adults

This stuff is just amazing. I put it on my feet overnight after wearing heels, and last night I put it on my stomach for period pains. It was so effective, so much better than Paracetamol (what I usually use). I haven't ever used it for headaches, but my colleague did once, and he said he felt much better for using it. I love the smell, and I find it also helps me sleep. I just love it!

This stuff smells strong but I love it! Just make sure it doesn't get near your eyes or near any of your orifies. It might burn a bit. Definitely don't get it near your eyes! It will clear a blocked nose better that Olbas oil. Not suitable for young kids though as their skin is more sensitive. I apply it on my temple to ease my headache. I use it on my pelvis to ease menstrual pain. A bit on my nose to clear a blocked nose. It took a bit of time to arrive as mine came from India.

Works well for stiff joints. The scent is strong, but pleasant. I like the handy small size, easy to transport.

Good product

I have used this product for years.it is wonderful for all minor aches and pains. I find it helps with the pains I have in my knees that keep me awake at night. a good rub with some Tiger Balm and the warm glow it gives eases the pain and the menthol smell helps me to sleep. It is also great for mild headaches. I rub a small amount across my forehead and the warmth and smell help to ease the pain. .

The answer is the bottle. It's the sort of small, fiddly thing where you need to stick your finger all the way inside just to get enough on said finger to actually do any good, add to that the fact the only way you'll get all the product used is by melting it out of the corners makes for a waste ! Had it come in a small tin (like the ones shoe polish comes in only smaller) then it would have been a 4 star review. The actual balm does the trick - it's not as harsh as some of the capsaicin based balms and also has a far nicer smell, more a mild vapo-rub rather than the overpowering scent you get with some other products. May buy again if I can get it in a better bottle

The ingredients do tend to vary a bit on this product. I checked with supplier before buying that it was the one I wanted (the one that has a little less camphor). I dont normally like strong smelling ointments but find the white version very acceptable. I use it on strained or achey muscles. I havent found it effective for headaches or bites. Be careful to wash your hands after use and to avoid getting in your eyes!
