Works great.
Works as described. Takes a little learning but looks great when you apply it correctly to correct material.

It worked as described.
For the price I was expecting it to be a bit larger amount. But I should have read the description better. We were laser engraving names on zippo lighters and as I said it worked well on stainless steel.

Works well, can very small, color kinda rusty rather than red
Laser marking spray is wildly expensive, and this is no exception - the 2oz can is only small enough for one or two projects, so be very conscious of whether you might ever want more product before ordering it. (There's a can with 6x as much product available for less than 2x the price, for example, and Brilliance also sells powders and liquids that can be more cost effective than the aerosols.) If you're looking for a tester before committing, this might be a good solution, but otherwise I'd steer you towards one of the larger containers. This is an unusual product in the world of laser marking chemicals because it cures to a kind of rust-like, burned copper tone color. (It's definitely not cherry red.) This would be good if you wanted to add a faux weathered engraving onto something, in particular - I could see lots of art or themed entertainment uses for this spray. I think it's less useful for general purpose marking, as in many applications the black spray will be more legible and will 'pop' more cleanly when engraved.Like the other Brilliance products I've tried, this engraves well and produces clean results on my 45W Muse CO2 laser. The spray is certainly easy to apply and it's a convenient form factor, so it is worth a little bit of a price premium. I just think the asking price for the 2oz can is a little too high, and suggest going for the 12oz if you do want an aerosol.

It works really well
I love when something just works without a lot of fuss or hassle. I grabbed a piece of scrap steel sheet metal I had been using to practice flame painting and to try out the effects of different acids. It was a bit warped from the torch and had marks from the acid. I sprayed it with the Brilliance Laser Ink. I didn't do a very good job of applying it evenly. You could see some ripples and waves on the dry surface. I put in my xTool s1 20 watt diode laser. I picked out a free butterfly vector from the xTool software and used the suggested setting for stainless steel dog tags. I didn't do a test grid. I just went for it. WOW! The butterfly looks great! The color changes a little depending on the angle, which I did not expect, but I like a lot. TO me, the color is just fabulous. The left side of my butterfly is a tiny bit lighter than the right side, probably due to the warped metal and less than skillful application of the spray. However, it is hardly noticeable. I am hooked! This stuff opens up a whole world of possibilities for my diode laser. The only hard part about using the spray is that it dries to a powder. It comes off if you touch it in the slightest. That makes cleanup easy, but don't spray an area larger than you absolutely need. The powder seems to get on everything. I probably just need to get the hang of it. The biggest down side is that it seems expensive for a 2 oz bottle, but it is probably more cost effective than marking paper. I received some samples of marking paper with my laser and need to try that next.

Be aware of the size you're purchasing
For the price I paid I thought it was the full 12oz size instead of the 2 oz
