ASUS TUF Gaming AX3000 V2 Dual Band WLAN Combinable Router (Tethering as 4G and 5G Router Replacement, WiFi 6, up to 3000 Mbps, Mobile Game Mode, 2.5Gbps Port, AiMesh, AiProtection Pro)

I'm really impressed with the ASUS TUF Gaming AX3000 V2 Dual Band Router. It’s fast, looks great, and handles heavy traffic like a champ—even with multiple devices connected. The setup was simple, and I love the customisation options in the user interface, which made tweaking settings easy. The option to use 4G and 5G tethering is a great bonus too. Overall, it’s a powerful, reliable router that has everything I need for gaming and streaming without a hitch.

Great but came only with a European plug.

Arrived late afternoon, packaged adequately enough. Upon opening the box I am confronted with a TWO PIN power supply. Why are they selling these in the UK? Not even a UK power adapter. Such a waste of my time. Will just have to source this from Currys. Cannot speak about performance, quality build, ease of set up, etc, as it's useless without a UK power supply.

Came with an EU plug not a UK one. I have to use a travel adapter. This isn't in the listing and I didn't read the reviews here before ordering. There is a poorly written license agreement but to use some functions you need to let a third party analyse your traffic. You can use the router fine without this but again this should be in the listing for those with privacy concerns. Otherwise it's been a much more stable than my isp's router. Even without the third party functions it's feature packed. The setup was easy and the app is really good for managing the device. EU plough is outputing 12v 1.5amp so a replacement would be easily sourced if you don't want to run it through a fused travel adapter.

The router is very good as I already have another one of these. Wanted to boost it around the house more so got another one. I'm in the UK, bought it from Amazon UK and supplied with an EU plug? Whats going on?????

The router is brilliant. Massive improvement on range and signal stability. Really happy with it. Setup was a complete pig's ear, though, and the app didn't want to work. Took ages and had to call customer support because the QR code didn't work and there was no password provided. Horrid privacy invading terms and conditions in the app, too. Asus- awesome hardware, worrying software.

It doesn't come with a UK plug, or a flex plug like the higher models in the same range. The ax4200 comes with both a UK and a Euro plug. This one (the ax3000 V2) only came with a euro power supply, so after waiting a week plus for delivery I've had to return immediately, and it'll be another week until I get a refund.

I wouldn't know how good it actually performs as it shipped with an EU plug. (I brought it from UK Amazon to a UK address). Looking at the reviews, I'm not the only one. Buyers beware.

Router niby wypasiony,a potrafi dość często zrywać połączenia.Miałem podłączony przez Wi-Fi zarówno smartfony,jak i laptopa i dość często połączenia były zrywane.Opinie różnych użytkowników o routerach Asusa są coraz mniej przychylne, przy starszym modelu nie było takich problemów,mimo że pracował tylko na paśmie 2,4GHz.Również aktualizacja firmware nie przyniosła zadowalającego skutku.

Setup is straightforward, and the connection is stable with good coverage for most medium-sized homes. The AiMesh compatibility is a nice bonus if you want to expand coverage later. Performance is solid on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, with low latency that works well for gaming and streaming. The interface also gives plenty of control without feeling overly complicated. On the downside, it can run a bit warm under heavier load, and the design is very “gaming router” aesthetic—functional, but not exactly subtle. Overall, it’s a reliable and capable router that delivers good speed and stability for the price. I have not had any issues.
