Are these capsules the chewy/softgel type?

no its a transparent capsule that holds the alfaalfa powder. I highly recommend them. I used them in large doses (20 pills per day) for three months. to completely cure my tendonitis. (due to repetitive movements ) I was so incapacitated that I could not have a shower, I could not hold anything with my hand, and the gp was suggesting an operation. I am now pain free with no symptoms.

On this image it says take 3 three times a day and on my bottle it says only two a day. Which is right?

I can't answer that you need the company itself to explain. But I do take it several times a day.
