The panda is capable of monitor mode and packet injection
Yes Sr, it is. Out of the box the Panda PAU0B was able to run monitor mode and packet injection using Arch and Kali. I must admit, I was expecting a card functional on Linux but with some deficiencies. Well the Mediatek chipset was doing it's job, and successfully accomplish it. Now, the plastic used for the card construction and so the antenna feels cheap. Basically, is one of those products you can use with some "extra level" of care. But, in general terms or from the operative perspective of a student trying to get into wireless auditing processes , this card will work perfectly as an starting point.

Super Dongle
I've tested a lot of USB WiFi dongles. For compatibility, speed, bandwidth, drivers, value, plug and play, lightweight, solid USB support, with unbelievable reception. Accept no substitutes.

Using it on Linux (Debian (Ubuntu)) in USB 3.0 port. Don't put too close to other antenna
When I think about it, electronics like this are an absolute miracle. - They work a million times faster than I do - They do not transmit a single mistaken bit The only problem I had was a few times my internet was just dropping out in the middle of browsing, and I had to try to get it restarted. Here is my solution: - First, just unplug this antenna and plug it back in, but ... - It seems to have made the problem go away if I move this wi-fi usb antenna farther away from the bluetooth usb antenna that I have in another usb plug nearby it.

To much Connectivity loss
Would not recommend this to anyone, it keeps losing connection to my pc and and then the wireless turns off and i have to unplug and plug it back in. I set it to not shut off, also, and that isn't working. Looking for another wireless adapter now.

Solid connection, no drops
I use one on a Debian box and one on a Arch box. Zero issues. No drops, solid connection. Have used them for a few months now before writing a review. The Debian server backs up my RPI's nightly so it sees 10+GB of data twice a night.
