At my age skin is inconsistent. The menopause causes extra dryness and this foundation has always been able to cover the imperfections well without drying out my skin. I apply 2 pumps of this shade from the cheek bones up and a darker shade from under the cheek bones down. The bottle is made of strong glass (dropped a few times) in comparison to the newer plastic squeeze bottles. The pump works well dispensing the amount you need with no extra wastage coming out after you stop applying pressure to the pump. The foundation lasts all day without clumping in the face creases (i.e. wrinkles!) and doesn’t look shiny or flaky. I apply it with a wet sponge for good all over coverage.
