Multivitamins with a decent quality. I live in Sweden, and in Autumn and Winter time need these vitally. Worked well most of the times, but there were some occasions that it wasn't much effective. But, don't blame the supplement! I ordered two packs again :)

This is an update to a previous review for the naturelo multivitamin for women. Iron free. I have now been taking these for some months and am very pleased with the results. They never upset my stomach and I have definitely felt more energy and my skin has improved. Looks clearer. Good to know these are from natural source. Good product for price.

I find out in January, whether I'm perimenopausal or not, and have fibromyalgia, which also messes with my thermostat, but wasn't for waiting for results to gain relief. I'm taking these, along with Vitabiotics Menopace Plus, and after only 4 days; my symptoms have reduced significantly. I haven't had a hot flush since the night I started these and I'm falling asleep and sleeping much better than I have in months. I'm also less crabbit, which is great news for everyone. I recommend eating something substantial before taking the tablets - I ended up with indigestion when I didn't. I'm hoping for more improvements as time goes on, but if this is as much relief as I'm going to get then I'll take that. So very much more comfortable in my skin again.

Wanted a plant-based multivitamin that ticked all the notable vit boxes so thought I’d give this Naturelo product a try. I’ve since re-ordered and am very happy with this product. Pill size is reaonable, then again, I’ve no swallow difficulties; this one is also targeted at 50+ women but I’m 47 so not far off! I’ve also bought multivits for teens from the same range (for my 14 y/o) and their high dose D3. You only have to glance at the long list of beautiful plant sources to feel safe that there are no nasties here and you have the ideal chance to boost your system in times of adversity.

Researched extensively and found this to be one of the best Multivitamins targeted at Women >50. One thing I was unhappy about was the Inside Seal was not intact and thus unsure if the product is edible currently.
