I purchased this product from Amazon, and unfortunately, all the sticks I received are not functioning. When I contacted customer support, they informed me that it was a cash on delivery purchase and that the return process would take 3 days. However, after waiting for 3 days, I still haven't seen any return options available.Having 10-15 sticks not working would have been manageable, but none of them are functional. I kindly request a professional approach to resolve this issue. I have no intention to deceive your customers; I believe in honest transactions. It's disappointing to experience this, and I advise others not to consider this product due to my negative experience.

I bought this for my kids, they are happy but the only concern its is not very long lasting 2-3 hrs.The strips are very thin unlike in the image and the hooks to round will be found at the bottom of the package.Overall happy
