トレーニング前に飲んでいます。 味はもう完全に“ザ・アメリカン”。甘さもしっかりあって、独特の香りも含めて自分はかなり好みです。 逆に、さっぱり系や自然な風味が好きな人には少しクセが強く感じるかもしれません。 自分はトレーニングの20分くらい前に飲んでいますが、気持ちがしっかり集中モードに切り替わる感覚があります。これを飲むと「これからやるぞ」というスイッチが入るので、ルーティンとして気に入っています。

個人差はあると思いますが、今まで試したサプリメントの中でも効果がはっきりしていると思います❗ 飲むとじわじわ熱くなってきて、眠気がなくなってきます‼(少しずつ) 後１日中、眠くならず仕事も元気にこなせます‼プレワークアウト(運動時)とありますが、日常でも使えると思います。 味は少し濃いですが、おいしいです‼

My original review is somehow gone so I won't rewrite everything. My main issue with it is the cayenne pepper extract and how it doesn't dissolve. It ruined the drinking experience for me. It also induced sweating which helpful in a gym it was very inconvenient when working outdoors during the winter. The caffeine helped a lot and I did buy this to replace energy drinks because they only have sugared ones at work and is expensive. Between this flavor and the lemonade one I like this one better. I also found the jars quite small and was surprised when they arrived in a very small box, I thought that only one had arrived.

4年近く使っていますが、効果がすごいです。 飲んで20分くらい経つと身体中がピリピリして、エネルギーが湧いてきます。 少量の水に溶かして飲んでいますが、味も気に入っています。 欠点は、これを飲むのを忘れると、トレーニングのやる気が出なくなることです。
