Works and looks great in our dining room, fan works great and not to loud

This is getting a four star because they give you a QR code to scan to get the app on your phone but when I scan it, it times out. I want to be able to control the different light settings from my phone.When you're getting ready to put this together, line up all your lights by number order. Be careful with number six it looks like number nine.Once you have them in order, you place the same number exact opposite of each other. Start with number 1, then you can work clockwise or counter clockwise putting it together.Sometimes the white bulb is loose and you will need to tighten it up by screwing it in clockwise. Make sure when you're screwing in the black rods into the main base that you tighten in completely. If you do not, the spinning fan will vibrate the rods right back out.The two pieces (black and white) inside the main base can be moved to be able to connect all 26 wires to their connectors. The black and white motors are connected by double sided sticky tape. Don't over pull them because they do have wires attached to them. Be careful putting this together. Use extreme caution not to break anything.The hardest part for me was actually installing it to the ceiling. I had to ask my wife to hold the light up so that I can finish attaching the wires so that it works.Now, before you finish the job, turn on the light to see that all lamps turn on and the ceiling fan works. If everything works, then you can finish.This is an awesome piece of art work. The light does get bright. If you notice that it is not very bright, you can flip your light switch on off quickly to change the light settings.It also comes with a remote control and batteries for it. The remote control is the only thing that can control the fan unless you can get the app downloaded.I also noticed with the remote that if you turn the light on off quickly with it, that also changes the light settings.Try not to use your light switch to turn off your light/fan. That cuts power to the light/fan and you can't use the remote until you get power back to light/fan. So don't forget to turn the light switch back on.You guys, this is a wonderful piece and if I could help people that want this to install it, I would do it for free. If you like the modern and elegant look, this is for you!

The thing that I love the most is how unique these lights are, they look fantastic. I have installed them by the stairs, the thinking behind that idea is to be able to move the air around, having one fan blowing while the other fan sucking depending on time of year. This way I can get the heat from upstairs to downstairs and right out the door, or get cooler air upstairs when needed. The fan blades are hardly noticeable, the blades are transparent and slightly tinted. Most people don’t even realize that this light is also a ceiling fan, even when they walk right by it. It’s installation was different but pretty straightforward, I installed both fixtures by myself (one person) without to much difficulties. I did have to contact the seller, the customer service is by far one of the best. They responded extremely fast, very knowledgeable, and was definitely all about customer satisfaction. Overall my experience with them was excellent. I would recommend to everyone and have no hesitation on doing further business with them. Great job, Thank you, your company is 5 star all the way.

Looked nice at first, but the remote wouldn't control light brightness or tone. Then after 3 months the fan stopped powering on entirely.

The company made contact before it arrived to ensure that we had installation instruction or questions. We did and they responded quickly! In the past because of the height of the ceiling I always long rods for fans. The fan is perfect for this room and adds to the conversation.

Very nice … quiet fan … Conversation piece…bought multiples …creates a distinct look … no one knew it was a ceiling fan 😏Only improvement would be to sync multiple units and color changing lightsOtherwise…love it!
