Mercer Culinary M35142 Saucier Spoon with Tapered Spout, 8-1/2-Inch, Stainless Steel, Silver

I wanted a small spoon for lifting poached eggs -this is perfect. There are no rough edges on the slots so it's gentle on the egg and the water drains well. It looks quite stylish and seems to be decent quality. I'm happy enough with it. Would buy again if I need a replacement.

I bought this as a gift. Weirdo likes cereal but doesnt like the milk, but eats it with milk!?!? So spends most of the time trying to drain the milk from the spoon ... was driving me mad. So I saw this and got it, he loves it. Thinks it's the best thing ever, no more overly milky breakfast. Probably not what it was originally its purpose but if it works why not...

Good quality and not too long. It's the size of a dessert spoon. Got it for my other half who has trouble when dunking biscuits in hot drinks, this is perfect for fishing out soggy biscuits without a spoonful of hot liquid.

Still waiting for a couple more spoons. (So I can be paid) look good though so they should be fine.

At last! No more for me the dance of the fork in the bottom of a jar desperately trying to get at that last pickle.Now I can get the pickles out of the jar with ease and without spilling the pickling liquid everywhere.Otherwise, it's a spoon with holes that works. Dishwasher safe in top basket.

Great for taking pickles out on a gat without the liquid - pity spoon in not a little deeper but it does what it’s supposed to go !

Smaller than expected but still useful

This is a great spoon, thick and sturdy, smooth edges, equally comparable to my Oneida and Cambridge servers in quality. I was in need of something just a wee bit smaller than my standard servers and during some extensive research I came across this Mercer slotted spoon. I bought two and am 100 percent satisfied with how these look and work. The little ripples on the handle really do help with holding the spoon while dishing up the fare. I'm going to buy some more for gifts to family members. When comparing these to well known brands, these are a steal for the price!

Great pickle or olive jar spoon. Very useful at family dinners with muliple choices. Have several with solid and perforated spoon bowls. Good qualitly. You can feel the difference in the weight of the spoon. Should last many years.
