Gave as a gift but receiver did not respond so I am not sure how they felt about this blanket. Orange and lilac are colors they use in their home - hence the reason for this purchase as a gift. It is a plaid and does include the colors black and white along with the orange and lilac. Seems like a nice throw.

I gifted this blanket to my sister and Mom for Christmas. They love it!! The twin size gave the extra length. So soft and warm and snuggly!

I bought two and received on Nov 30. There was loose fleece from the "Sherpa" backing in the package. There was no smell on the two throws I purchased. I put them in the dryer on air fluff to fluff them up (they arrive in a shrink wrapped plastic very condensed). A fair amount more of the "Sherpa" fleece shedded and ended up in the lint trap (again I set it on air fluff with no heat). While I like the size and loft of the microfiber and Sherpa as they are new (it is comfortable and soft) I'm concerned that washing and drying them will cause more shedding. Only time will tell for sure, but right out of the package they are soft and fluffy.

Great throw! Got orange and white for my daughter who is going to Tennesee next year.

This blanket is wonderful. It is thick, cozy, warm, and looks great draped on the couch. I bought this to cover up with while watching tv. I purchased the brown checked because my couch is light brown. I was surprised there was not a lot of lint when I washed it for the first time. It also does not leave lint lying around on the couch and your clothes. I would love to have several of these lying around the house.
