Once the wax has warmed up it was super quick and easy to use. I used less than a quarter of the wax to do half legs, so this kit will last me ages.Very happy with the purchase

As some reviews pointed out before mine,it does take a fairly long time to get warm but once warm it’s ok in extended areas(like legs),but in some other areas or when the rolls get low on wax,it drags on the skin...which is a bit painful. The wax that come with it is ok quality for me,but one cartridge doesn’t cover the legs and bikini line..which means it has to be done in 2 days if,like me,you don’t have the patience to wait another 45 min to warm the second cartridge up. To be honest I would have preferred to spend more and get a quicker kit,but considering its price,it is worth 4 stars.

Absolutely a game changer! This is the same as the unit in my local salon. For years I've tried wax strips, epilators, hard wax etc. This is by far the best in my opinion. The wax cartridge is dropped into the holster. The holster is mounted onto the stand. The stand is plugged in and switched on. Leave for 25 minutes to reach optimal temperature. Pick up the holster which houses the wax cartridge, roll it down your arm/leg in direction of hair growth...apply the disposable strip and pull back. No dripping, no rubbing, no bobbing of wax, no hassle. I'm so impressed! Well worth the money.

I bought this epilwax kit after looking all the reviews.. heater is not working at all. Trying to look for how can I return or exchange it, can't find any helpful information.

I believe this is the same wax that they use in my local beauty salon (currently closed due to Covid-19). It works! One wax cartridge is more than enough to defuzz my legs and you hardly need any oil to remove the residue. So for the price of one visit to the salon, I have a kit which I can use again and again. Also it's less painful if you do it yourself.

I amwritting this review on my husbands account as we both use 1 account😅I give this product 3 and deducted 2 starts for the following reasons:1- heating time: on the instruction says 25 mins howver it takes more than 1 hour to get warm. I left it for 1 hour before i used it and during waxing i constantly put it back in the plug to stay warm but it didnt work much . The wax was still hard and damaged my skin . I dont know whether this is because of the wax roller machine or the wax quality itself but the manufacturer needs to def address it.2- the wax cleaner did not work at all and i had to walk around sticky for a while although had a shower with really hot water. Which on the already damaged and red skin was very painful.Hm not sure how the previous good reviews did not mention the heating time:& i would be fine with 45 mints but more than 1 hour is not good for a product.Posetive side: its super easy!! And 1 wax roll was enough for my 2 full legs& underarms and still i had some left considering my hair is tick and alot😖 and it took even the shortest hair; howver wax gets tick hair better.I normally pay every two weeks 30 pounds for my full legs and if you can bear the waiting time ; i think worth trying.

The media could not be loaded.  Je suis contente d’avoir acheter cet appareil, la chauffe cire, il fonctionne très bien et chauffe bien la cire , de ma part j’allume l’appareil et je laisse chauffer 10 min avant utilisation, depuis mon achat j’ai fais des économies 🤣😂 le fait de ne plus besoin d’aller chez une esthéticienne pour l’épilation !!!
