What is the difference between the "Pro IQ" and "Pro S5" models?

Pro S5 is the latest line of cookware from ScanPan, and currently exclusive to Sur La Table. Pro IQ has been available for a few years, and is not exclusive to any one retailer.

Will this pan work on my induction glass top stove?

Not this particular pan, but Scanpan does make a line of induction pans. If they make this pan in the induction version, buy it! I love this pan and it's my go to for lots of my cooking. Use it at least 4 or 5 times a week. Best pan brand that I have ever owned, no matter which pan you use.
