Hell, just got out meter . major question : how do i turn off the meter ? i pressed the power for a while & left it for over 15 min. nothing

Thank you for your order. The meter can auto off after 10 minutes without any press, or you can short press power key to turn it off. If you long press the power key, means in calbiration mode, the meter waits for calibration, can not auto turn off. Please kindly read manual how to calibrate to success the calibration.

The standards provided with kit have no nist traceability certification?

The calibration kit is made by GFS Chemical Inc and we can provide their calibration certificate if you need.

Awesome Product

I love the Carrying box. It come with everything you need to test the water. I used it at several locations to test the water and it worked great. It takes some getting use to to calibrate it properly. The test sample bottles were super important for the calibration. The cheaper models do not provide the calibration solutions.
