I am extremely pleased with this door hanging file organizer because it has decluttered my workspace and my mind. Energy that was spent remembering, retrieving, then replacing folders is no longer squandered on these inefficient tasks. I can now keep my current and ongoing projects where I can see them, handle them and move them through space while I'm working and organizing. It's like, before this organizer, I was stuck in one of those tile matching games where you can only see two things at a time. Now I can see everything all at once, so I'm more efficient. This system allows me to see and access all files, folders and notebooks at once- I can put my eyes and hands on anything I need to work on, put it back where it came from, and remain calm and methodical because I can now see that everything I need to handle is being handled.Before this product, I would often spread my files and notebooks over the bed or the floor while I worked. This was an imperfect solution but worked better than all the crates, hanging file folders, plastic bins, wire holders and other impossible systems I tried. At the end of a work session I would gather up all my files and notebooks and stack them back on my desk in an ugly pile that dominated my workspace.Fortunately, I don't have to do that anymore. Now, I can look up and see everything I am currently working on- every project and duty is clearly displayed against a dark background. Every crazy piece of paper, document, copy, or form that needs to be filled out, mailed, or filed is right in front of me in a visually pleasing, blessedly finite space. There are enough pockets to not only hold all my current projects, but pockets dedicated to bill paying, calendars, as well as incoming and outgoing mail. Because of how my mind works, this hanging file folder is one of the best purchases I've ever made.In conclusion, if you suffer from a constant, nagging feeling of forgetting something important, or fear missing deadlines, or maybe just feel overwhelmed by your files, folders, and papers in general, I would strongly recommend trying this system or one like it. I am especially fond of this one because it is well made, looks great on the closet door next to me, and even has smaller pockets on the bottom that keep my glasses, calculator, headphones, charging cords, and index cards at my fingertips. I couldn't be happier. Five stars for an amazing product.

This is a wonderful addition to my classroom VS the traditional mailboxes. It holds up well and I am excited to use it this year.

My students used to misplace important papers, but not anymore! I like to use this for our writing so I can see how far along everyone is in the unit. This has helped our classroom become organized and kept everyone on top of their work!

Due to limited shelves in my classroom, I bought these “pockets” so my students had a place to put their work to take home at the end of the day. It’s very handy. They know where to put their work and get their work at the end of the day. Whenever I get anything to send home, I file them away into their pockets. I do wish, this came with labels so my student can write their names. I had to use 3”x5” cards, cut them up, in order to make labels. Each pocket seems to hold a lot. We haven’t tested it but they seem to be able to hold a folder full of work and little journals.

This item seems to be well made and I like the concept of this low profile storage space. I was disappointed it did not come with the colorful folders.

I used this in my classroom to keep students' folders for three subjects. Very durable and may be wiped down with a damp cloth to keep it clean. I wish it had more fun colors. I would buy this again.

I use this for one set of students that does ELA and math monday through friday. For each section I have Monday ELA, Monday Math, Tuesday ELA, Tuesday Math, ext. I put two folders in each section for this week and next week to plan ahead on curriculum. Very useful for subs/students/teacher aids to find what the work is for the day for which subject. We had to hang it above some lockers because the hangers weren't working for us, so the top folder section is difficult to reach if you're under 5'4. If your door doesn't have a window, maybe it doesn't matter, but kids knock on my door on their way to lunch/class so I don't want to block the door window in case someone really needs to come in.The pockets are able to hold a good amount of papers. I put work and tests in the same folder for that period. If you have like 30 students doing packets, this may not be appropriate though.It was actually somewhat difficult to find 5 different colored folders (one color for each day of the week) to go with this on amazon.

This fits letter-sized paper perfectly. Last year I used it to store unfinished work and this year I am keeping assessments and writing pieces. I used command hooks to attach to our cinder block walls and printed out labels for each student’s name. This is sturdy and I believe it will hold up for years. Very happy with my purchase!

"Endlich mal ein System, das optisch ansprechend ist und funktioniert" - so wurde dieser Organizer von meinem Kollegium (und auch von einigen Eltern) gelobt. Meine SchülerInnen kommen damit super zurecht. Falls jemand krank ist, können diverse Kopierblätter, Hefte oder auch dünne Bücher in die Hängeablage gesteckt werden. Der Schüler/die Schülerin sieht sofort, ob etwas im Fach zur Abholung bereit ist! Der Organizer ist robust und die Namenskärtchen lassen sich individuell gestalten und austauschen. Sehr empfehlenswert!
