Product Description FRIO presents an effective and affordable solution to the problem of keeping insulin cool without the need for electricity or cooling elements. br>The principle is very simple. The inner pocket is simply submerged in cold water, after which the crystals contained form a gel. Now insert the cooled insulin and thanks to an evaporation system, it remains cooled. The attached outer pocket protects the surrounding items in your handbag or suitcase. The FRIO pockets make the life of insulin-dependent diabetics easier and can be used many times. The FRIO bags are also useful for medications that must not exceed room temperatures, e.g. insulin, adrenaline, norvir, glaucoma drops, Nitrolingual® pump spray. All pockets have a cavity, no divisions. br>Size measurements indicated are those of the inner pocket. If you have a digital/metal pen, you need an additional nylon inner pocket, which protects against moisture and is available for all FRIO bags. Directions Soak in cool water for between 2-19 minutes (dependent on size of wallet), leave excess water to drain, towel dry, insert medication and enjoy peace of mind! Safety Warning DO NOT CARRY OR STORE IN AN AIRTIGHT OR WATERPROOF CONTAINER WHEN ACTIVATED. FRIO wallets are evaporative coolers that need access to air to work.

**Q: Will an epipen fit in this?**
A: Yes, I believe it will.  I must tell you though, this product does NOT hold up under extreme heat.  Also, as far as I know epipens are NOT refrigerated!  Don't know if I helped.  I would NOT purchase this product again.

**Q: What size would be good for two Auvi-Q (for food allergies) injectors?**
A: the individual one is too small - go with the double one. these are great i travel all over the usa with mine. i carry my diabetic pens in mine

**Q: Will a humulin r u-500 (concentrated) kwikpen 500 unit/ml (3 ml)  fit into one of these?**
A: Should be plenty of room plus a couple caps
