For tin baked loaf amount would be 2.5 to 3 grams.(0.5% of flour quantity) For crusty morning rolls would be 10 grams (2% of flour quantity) For soft morning rolls would be 7.5 grams (1.5% of flour quantity) as shown on pack.

Sorry no, but if you make bread yourself as opposed to by machine it is superb. My bread rises so well with the improver and the only problem I can see is that you are restricted by the container in a machine so your rise can only go so far. Have a go without the bread maker, the bread with the improver is great.

Can this be used for making pizza dough

The simple answwer is yes it could be as it lightens the dough but in honesty it is not really necessary and as the dough is rolled so thinly will have little effect. I find a simple Bread Mix is a great simple way to make Pizza Bases - Hope this helps - Infusions4chefs :-)
