Biggest issue is that it so easily tangles or snags - it’s truly the most infuriating hose! It’s so hard to spin it back onto the reel without it getting stuck or tangled…literally every time. To fix it I have to undo the whole thing (50 metres) and re-reel it so I no longer bother putting it back and just leave the hose on the floor. The only blessing from such a horrible wet July is that I don’t need to use this hose! Maybe I’m doing something wrong. Price was cheaper than it’s competitors (the main reason I bought it but also the reputable brand) and whilst it does works as a functional hose I would not buy this again. In my opinion it is not value for money when it’s such a struggle to use! I agree with others - it arrives fully assembled and ready to use but why hide all the spare attachments in the centre forcing you undo it all. It does leak from the hose attachment in the reel as well. With it being a 50m hose it is heavy to drag around but it does have wheels. Luckily my garden isn’t huge so I don’t really need to move the unit. Overall the reel is fairly flimsy but in line with expectations given it was only £70. I will probably invest in a shorter better quality hose next year.

Great job. Used to replace existing much shorter hose. This is perfect for the job and hose seems better quality than last one too so will hopefully stay kink free

The hose pipe and reel were delivered promptly and I have been using them without any issues.

Have used few different makes but this seems much more stable and sturdy.

Easily assembled and looks well made. the 150 ft hose means I can water most of my big garden easily.So far pleased with my purchase. Looks good quality.

Great product, sturdy and easy to use , so far I've had no kinking or pipe getting stuck which is what you want with these hose pipes so very happy

Comes fully assembled, reel is sturdy, hose quality seems very good. Nozzle a bit loose but just needs to be taken off and refitted, only takes a minute.

Easy to setup and move around, great product that gets the grass and people wet with ease
