As you age digestion can be an issue. Taking enzymes before you eat can be a huge help with digesting your food properly. A friend told me about this product. I never leave home without it especially if I’m going out for a meal. I don’t get that huge bloat feeling after a meal as long as I take at least 20 minutes before my first bite.

Does help with bloat, water retention but is expensive.
