Voice Dialer Phone - 40dB - Visual Ringer - Talking Caller ID

Do not buy this cheap, broken product. I bought it FOUR times for my blind mother and it arrived BROKEN THREE TIMES. I had to return all three. Before that, a first phone lasted less than a year. No response from the manufacturer contact provided on Amazon, and the phone number went to a real estate company! Sound quality is very poor. Zero customer service. if there was an option for zero stars, I would choose that. Very frustrating, and very expensive - $199 for a broken phone!

I can't understand how most of these reviews were negative. My wife is functionally quadriplegic and blind, but speaks well and uses the phone easily. It works exactly as stated, and usually on the first try. It is critical that you state names and commands consistently and with the same inflections, with no background noise. Within half hour I threw away the original packing and cancelled her emergency pendant service. It's a keeper.

I was so disappointed that this phone did not work. It was truly defective and I had read so many reviews that I should have listened to. I just had such high hopes this would work for my mother in law who is visually impaired. Once programmed, it continually called the wrong people...it did not understand her voice....just plain did not work. Such defective technology. We are pretty technologically smart and neither my husband nor I could get this to work. We saw the reviews and ordered it anyway hoping everyone else was wrong. It went back in the mail today and I just hope we can get our money back.

Well it came in a timely manner, I took it to a friend to set it up cause he really needed it. Very disappointed in the voice command it doesn't work worth a hoot, That is the feature we really needed my friend is disabled. Wasn't Worth the money we paid.

Voice activation not very good. Good idea, But my mom couldn't really use it. It kept dialing the wrong numbers.

Can be sensitive to vocal changes in your voice.havehad problems going back to changes entries. Do not know of any other phone like this

This phone is NOT worth the money!!! I sent it back and they did NOT reimburse me for any of the shipping. It took us over 3 hrs to set it up (less than 10 phone numbers), because, we had to keep doing it over. It also had buzzing in the line, even if we made a regular call through the phone. When i emailed the company and told them about the problems, They told me i only had 3 days to let them know it wasnt working right. No where did it say i only had 3 days I notified the problem to the company within a week. Do not waste your money for this product, or the company Maxi Aids!!
