I have always wanted to make my own hot sauce now I have a variety of recipes this is a great book.

My Kids 7-5-3 years use them on their 🍟 FrenchFries popcorns etc

I really like this idea for a cookbook because I feel like I can really relate to the author with her love for spice. I wish there were more pictures though! This is the perfect cookbook for a homemade hot sauce journey to begin.

I've had other hot sauce cookbooks but Hot Sauce Cookbook for Beginners is the best one, by far! When I was first starting out with making hot sauce I found other books to be hard to follow with long, drawn out instructions. But I recently was provided with an advance copy by the publisher of this Hot Sauce Cookbook for Beginners and love it! This book is like a hot sauce encyclopedia with an information chile pepper guide and introduction to hot sauce. And recipes for fresh and fermented hot sauces by region. With loads of great basic recipes as well as variation and usage ideas. Such a useful kitchen tool and also a great gift (perfect for Father's Day!!)

Really simple cookbook for all things hot sauce. Easy to follow recipes with clear directions and different heat levels for everyone. I really loved the Citrus Chipotle Salsa and Banana Ketchup. With super bowl coming up this weekend, I'm going to try the smooth salsa verde to serve as a dip! I received an advance review copy from the publisher, in exchange for my honest review.

This book covers everything you need to know to make your own hot sauce! We are big hot sauce fans and I feel like we can now explore and make some at home with this book. Kristen does a great job of explaining each recipe and giving lots of options to swap out ingredients for different heat levels. I was provided an advance copy by the publisher.

I absolutely love this book! I was provided with an advanced copy from the publisher and I highly recommend it. It is perfect for beginners and I love the way the book is divided. You can choose recipes from different parts of the world and they are simple recipes that seem very easy to make. The mojo sauce and the banana ketchup definitely caught my eyes!
