Frustrating
Purchased for my son and a piece has already broken off the socket luckily he has another one. My first tool set I got my son as he learns to work on his car.

Made of plastic?
The sockets are way too light and do not do well under pressure. The box also had no padding inside so when it arrived, all sockets and bits were EVERYWHERE inside the box and they are not all labeled. So reorganizing it was impossible and frustrating.

The carrying case
I do like the product and I use it for my job as a mechanic and it works really well. The only complaint I have is that the tools doesn't stay in the carrying case. The bits falls out when you open the case. Also there are no size markings on the tools.

This set works as described. However, when it arrives, it was a mess inside, so I had to spend time on sorting out and placing them to where they belong to. But the holders are not strong, so every time when I open it, it was a mess inside....
