Great quality exercise mat comfortable, non-slip, and provides good cushioning for workouts. Easy to clean and stays in place during exercises. Definitely a good value for the price.

The mat comes with own carry and roll up Velcro straps to make it easy to carry with you. It’s a thick mat at 6mm and is also rubbed to help prevent slipping when using it with you feet and hands. It’s very comfortable to use on your knees and elbows doing planks and push ups and is a good length and takes my 6ft frame easily with room to spare. It doesn’t slip when using it either which is ideal for the exercises I bought it for, doing the Better Me Callisthenics challenge for 90 days. I don’t foresee any issues with the Oze Sports Mat 7 days in, but I’ll let you know in another 83 days of use. Excellent product, highly recommended at a great price on Amazon.

Good value for money

Perfect - nice thickness for hard floors and the textured surface is perfect for grip. The carry strap makes storing it / carrying it whilst rolled up nice and easy. A damp cloth is enough to wipe it down with after use if needed.

Great product works well for our evening g yoga sessions would recommend biased on comfort alone.

The mat itself is nice and thick, has a nice dark colour with nice ridges, and definitely offers good cushioning for things like stretching, yoga, or bodyweight exercises. The size is great and it feels comfortable to kneel or lay on. The problem I found is that once you start sweating even a little bit, it gets really slippery — to the point where I was sliding during planks and push-ups. It’s fine for light workouts or stretching (or if you don't get that sweaty during workouts), but not great if you’re doing anything sweaty like HIIT. Overall, it’s decent for the price but just be aware it’s not very grippy when wet.

Great value for money. The mat may lose some thickness with extended use, but overall it’s a good purchase for the budget. Length is sufficient, it rolls well, and it’s lightweight. However, it’s not slip-resistant, and durability may be limited to about 1–2 months with daily use
