My physio recommend a wobble cushion for a foot injury does what it says. I have great fun with it way past my injury

Part of a purchase to aid posture exercises for back pain my son sits on this when working at his computer, a bit like sitting on an exercise ball but at a more convenient height . The downside there was no instruction as to how high to inflate it and we had to seek advice from a physio but more convenient than struggling to keep an exercise ball in place. Another downside is the size it is a little larger than I expected as it is slightly larger than the largest used in the physio department which does limit what chairs it can be used on as it protrudes over the front of the chair and so impossible to sit on.

Quite simply, product arrived eventually tried to pump it up but it would not inflate. Air leak at valve. Material flawed.Upon complaint by E-Mail, seller (Physio room, not Amazon) said she was on pregnancy leave and wouldn't return for 12 Months and I would receive a reply from someone else !!!!!!The "someone else" said they were on holiday and would not be back for a week. Upon progressing the matter I received another pregnancy text.Eventually asked to return item to seller for consideration. How these people continue to trade beats me. Pregnancies and holidays are not valid if comic excuses for any company to make.Meanwhile, AMAZON did the honourable thing in all the circumstances and notified me that a refund was on it's way.Immediately I bought another but this time from AMAZON direct.My essential physiotherapy for arthritis can now take place. Thank you AMAZON !!!

I bought this to sub for a gym ball to sit on. In an effort to strengthen my core with no spare time my intention is to use this for some of the day while at work. I believe it WILL fit on my desk chair and I should be able to lower the seat height to accommodate this and still keep my feet on the floor. I'm hoping this will work.I would agree with the other reviews that have said this is difficult to inflate. It's unnecessarily difficult! I ended up using a straw and my own breath and I had to pinch and fold the straw to make it fit in the hole. That said, now that it's inflated, it's not leaking.

Great product came very quickly but did not have a pump. Been usuing this for a week and it hold my weight I am 15stand it has not deflated . Brought a simular product had return it as it would not inflate and it was alot smaller.

Very well made product which arrived promptly and in good order. I will be using this 45cm stability cushion to sit on at work and it's perfect for this task, this 45cm cushion is far more comfortable and practical than the 35cm cushion, if you adjust the amount you inflate you can closely replicate sitting on a gym ball which I was unable to do with the smaller unit which hurt my back. Not sure why almost all wobble cushions are 35cm as I would highly recommend upgrading to this larger unit which allows a larger surface area thus greater comfort if you like me suffer from a muscular skeletal condition. Seems solid, easily pumped up - I used a football needle type attachment. I had to hold it in but it worked fine as I was not inflating to any kind of real pressure. Had it a week and it has not gone down yet.

I have chronic sciatica and my physiotherapist advised me to get one of these wobble cushions for my desk chair. I spend long hours working in front of a computer and my posture has suffered badly as a result; this cushion encourages me to sit up straight, which can only help in the long run (I can feel improvement already and have only been using the cushion for about a month). It's really comfortable too. If you have a problem with lower back pain, get one of these -- you won't regret it.
