Love my booq... small and discrete.. if you want a backpack for a 15” laptop charger and a few papers with a low profile this is great. Material seems to be showing signs of general wear and the colour is not a fantastic protection from stains and scrapes. Hasn’t failed tho

Its durability is questionable. After just 6 months of normal uses, the outer seams take considerable of wear and tear.However, I really like the form factor of this bag. Very stylish

I have been using this bag every day for the last week with work and also used it on one day as an overnight bag (travelling very light) and I have to say it is sincerely brilliant in terms of versatility (lots of pockets), protection for my belongings as well as durability. This bag for me is absolutely perfect!I think the standout feature for me is the padding and protection for my laptop is brilliant. This padding also extends to the arms and back of the bag, so wearing it all day wasn’t an issue and it was very comfortable.First impressions of the bag were good, I actually preferred how the bag looked in person to on the page (it’s not quite so rounded or bulky).The bag is made from a very durable “bionic” fabric(!), but all I know is that in use it was effective at repelling rain and dust no problem, with no visible scuffs after a week of daily use.I really like the bag’s size, it is perfect for a laptop and plenty of other bits and pieces. I have used the bag as an overnight bag but had to travel exceptionally light to do this, but it was worth it to be able to travel light with this compact bag.The bag measures roughly 41cm high, 29cm wide at the base (a little larger if the side pockets are full), and roughly 20cm deep when full. Internally there is space for a 36cm wide by 24cm deep laptop, i.e. a 15” laptop should fit in the bag no problem if not too thick.In terms of pockets there are plenty in very convenient places, I especially like the top pocket that’s just big enough for my phone and a couple of credit cards, but being on the back of the bag I often take my bag off my back in crowded areas (i.e. the tube) in London for security. The side pockets are handy with a detachable clip for keys.Internally there’s a document pouch as well as further sleeves and a deep internal pocket where I tend to store my car keys as there’s no chance of anything falling out of this.One final thing I should mention is that you can register your bag on the ‘terralinq’ service: should you lose your bag there is a barcode on the back that directs any honest finders to the terralinq website. Of course this relies on the finder being nice and reporting your bag, but worth doing nonetheless I think.All in all this bag for me is faultless; it’s so well made and compact, with pockets in all the right places! However this bag would not be suited to someone who likes or needs to take a lot of things with them on a daily basis, you might struggle for space and I would recommend looking at a bigger capacity option. But if your needs are similar to mine you will absolutely love this bag.
