I received my iPad as a gift and knew I had to get a case for it and not some flimsy wraparound that looks good but can't actually protect your tablet. I had the official iPad case for an older iPad from Apple and ended up dropping my iPad from about waist high onto a stabbed surface. Opened the case and the whole bottom of the screen was smashed and spider web cracks all over. Suffice to say no more Apple cases. I was looking at getting a tough case for it but didn't ideally want to go to that length and try and get something in between which is protective but still looks stylish. I did a lot of research and every other review for this case said the same thing, that it was well built and looked great whilst offering a good level of protection and with the lifetime guarantee, it was a sure win. I put the order in and have never looked back. I have had this on my iPad since November and it is simply fantastic and feels great in the hand. Beautifully made with quality materials and all the correct cut outs. Have recently put on a tempers glass protector onto the iPad and this fits quite snugly into the case (pardon the pun). So when I had to buy a new iPad Air I wanted another snugg cover.
