Looks Great
It dresses up the cooler nice, when the fan ramps up you may hear harmonics from the cover.

Ultra fast easy to install
Nice item to customize and clean up the look of your Noctua cooler. But expensive for what it is.

It's a heatsink cover
I purchased a Noctua NH-U12S chromax.Black cooler and didn't want to go with a complete "blackout" scheme on the CPU. So purchasing this in white suited my black and white scheme. It's easy to install and it's held on by magnets. It is solid when the magnets touch. Make sure the top and the sides do not wobble. If there is wobbling, move it around side to side very lightly. Sooner or later you will feel it shift and "lock" into place. Even though the white almost matches my white case, I'm going to paint it a white color (its nice to know it's safe to paint) that matches the case and do some steampunk designs on it. That way it fits my theme. It's a simple heatsink cover, so it's not a lot of pros and cons to go over. However, I bumped a star off because $20 is bit expensive for such a product. In my opinion...Noctua really needs to take their pricing down a notch. Don't get wrong, their products are not cheap designs and are made in Taiwan, which has higher quality standards than products from China.

Great addition to an already great cooler
Don't get me wrong, I love Noctua ... but along with many of you, i'm not so keen on the "vision in beige" that is their stock color scheme. Thank goodness for the Chromax line. Added this and a Fractal AL120 (PWM) RGB fan to replace the stock fan and couldn't be happierInstallation, as with most noctua products, is straight forward and easy. A small metal clip holds a plastic base plate with magnets to the cooler itself, then the cover simply slides on from the front (or top, depending on how you're looking at it) and is retained by the magnet. The colored insert behind the arrows can be changed and comes with a variety of colors to choose from. Swapping is relatively easy as well, as it only requires pulling off the outer magnetic cover, putting in a new color insert, and snapping the cover back to the heatsink.Temperatures seem to be unaffected by the cover as well, ran tests both with it on and with it off and couldn't see any statistically significant change (.01c, which could just be difference in room temperature).Only drawback is the price - could stand to be a bit less expensive, but definitely worth it to me. It's well built and looks great!

Terrific look for the NH-U12S CPU Cooler
As per the usual Noctua standards, the Noctua Heatsink cover was well packaged, well engineered, and had great instructions for installation. I have to say that it simply looks great on the Heatsink, and it gives the heatsink a much more "finished" kind of look. It is very easy to install. The sides of the shroud that cover the "sides" of the heatsink fit fine and still fit flush despite the fan clips being underneath. You will have to remove the shroud to remove the fan, and the fan clips. If you feel creative enough, there is enough room at the "top" of the shroud to install an LED or RGB LED light strip underneath the shroud, and to replace the colored inserts with a hand cut white translucent plastic insert, (think plastic coffee can lid), and run the wire to the Motherboard, and synch it up with a Motherboard RGB LED. Now you have a genuine Noctua RGB LED heatsink cover. So, with this new Noctua Heat sink cover, and a new Corsair ML 120 Red LED fan mounted on the NH-U12S CPU cooler, you have outstanding Noctua cooling, without the staid boring Noctua look. I may post a photo later on. It looks killer.

Expensive but nice
A waste of money. But I like it. It looks good.

Does not include fan bumpers
I think its misleading that white fan bumpers are not included in this for a variety of reasons.1. Clearly this item is designed for one type of cooler you have and clearly if someone is buying a white cover, they are looking for white bumpers2. Most of the marketing material online of this item has a fan with white bumpers3. Its petty that you wont even release a single pack, we must buy a dual pack of fan bumpers and half will go to waste.Think I am wrong? the fact that your white bumper pack for 120mm fans is the only pack that is out of stock partially proves my point. Noctua needs to listen to their fans, the Chroma stuff is needlessly expensive and overall does not help their brand.

Easy to install and looks great - can be made to fit on a NHU12A with some effort
I bought this cover to put on my NH-U12A cooler. I was between the U12A and the U12S and just decided to take the chance and see if I could make the cover fit on a U12A. I used a drill and Dremel to make new holes and remove areas where the heat pipes did not match the U12S spacing. The cover is not wide enough to cover the entire top - but it still looks pretty good and has no issues sliding down either side. The cover does not wobble or jiggle and is held in place by the original magnets.
