Never order a non-returnable product from Amazon. It’s a headache to get those issues fixed, need to call them multiple times. It’s the fourth defective I have received from Amazon in last few months.

I love it! Does the job and I can see a difference from the first time I used this. The purchase was stemmed from a microderm visit at a spa in my city that the esthetician barely did anything. My visit was maybe 20 minutes if that and that included a facial. I hadn’t had anything done in a couple years, I had no breakouts, broken skin when I went in and the service was just rushed. I am a licensed esthetician and barber myself, but only do hair and really needed treatments after moving to another city, thus taking a while to find someone. Well, I’m so glad that happened because it caused me to look for my own machine. This is worth every cent and I can now do my own. This, along with a new light therapy machine has improved my 50 yr old, skin damaged Florida skin immensely. I like the different exfoliation heads, extra cotton screens and the suction is perfect on all levels as I have to turn it down around my nose skin to avoid getting broken capillaries which has happened from other professional visits in the past. If you’re on the fence about this one, just get it. It’s one of my favorite purchases on Amazon.

It’s a great machine but it needs. Longer suction hose

I bought this microdermabrasion machine and I loved it. It arrived in great condition, well-packaged, and without any damage. It works perfectly and delivers what it promises. The suction is just right and leaves the skin soft and clean after each use. Great value for the price — I totally recommend it.
