In this series, 13 months on, Swedish detective Saga Norén (Sofia Helin) travels to Copenhagen after a body is discovered on a building site. After her new partner is injured on the case, Saga is assigned to work with Danish detective Henrik Saboe (Thure Lindhardt). They discover the victim was the manager of a pioneering gender-neutral preschool and are led to right-wing lawyer Lise Frise Andersen (Sonja Richter) by her controversial blog posts. As the bodies pile up and Saga wrestles with the guilt of turning her former partner, it is revealed that all of the crime scenes are being arranged to look like famous pieces of art, which all happen to be owned by wealthy collector Freddie Holst (Nicolas Bro). Review: Class Nordic Drama - The series just keeps getting better and better. The actors are brilliant and bring the characters to life and make them believable. I just can't wait to get more Nordic drama. Saga is amazing and the actress who portrays her is too. Loved her character from the very beginning. In the beginning I missed Martin being in it, but actually things moved on quickly and his absence didn't detract from this series at all. The plot did become increasingly complicated as the series went on and it became a bit difficult to keep up with all the different characters (although a large number died in each episode!) and what their motives might have been for the murders. At the start of series 1 Saga seemed like such a strange character that it was hard to see how it was going to work - but as the story moved on across all three series, I found myself liking and understanding her more and more, and her personality (possibly autistic), became almost endearing - particularly after meeting the mother from hell. I would love there to be a fourth series, but I suspect there won't be one. This was a fantastic TV drama and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to anyone. Even the subtitles didn't detract from the story lines. I had some doubts with the jailing of Kim Bodni's character and wondered how they would co tinue without him. I needn't have bothered. With a fantastic cast and good script-writing, it did not disappoint. There are the usual twists and turns and character flaws in the protxgonists and antagonists alike to make things interesting. This series gives us much more detail and background info about our female lead. Very engaging stories, interesting characters and plenty of coming and going to keep you hooked.
