Good product. Think twice before using the strong adhesive pad they provide to attach the mounting plate to a wall - you might regret it down the road if you have to replace, remove or relocate the unit. Using screws may take a little longer to anchor properly but will avoid a headache down the road.

This product is simply the best! And the seller's customer service skills are second to none!! This dispenses just the right amount of hand sanitizer every time. I don't have to wave my hands in the air to dry them or wipe them on a towel. I also don't feel like I didn't get enough on my hands to properly sanitize them either.I, originally, bought two of them. One for each bathroom in my house. The install was simple although I recommend mounting the bracket with screws. The tape is good but probably won't stick to any surface so it's better to be safe than sorry. Either that or use some silicone adhesive around the perimeter to hold it in place. Be sure to wait 24 hrs. before filling the container with anything if you do to give the silicone time enough to cure so it will stay put.I bought both of mine last January and by June the dispensing button on one of them jammed. It was probably just a stuck spring. I contacted the seller via the Amazon app and asked if he/she knew how I might go about fixing it. I didn't hear back from them but a week later (to my surprise) a package arrived at my house. It was a brand new dispenser to replace the other one even though I didn't ask for one and I was never charged for it. You just can't beat that kind of customer service. Great job!!!

Original dispenser lasted 5 years so naturally that daily use created soap built up in spring mechanism. I broke it trying to take apart & clean the nozzle but it was fine until then. I bought the exact same one recently to replace it and didn’t have to worry about removing the wall base. Lid is tricky to open but reservoir is big so don’t have to do that too often.
